African Visionaries is now out!

Updated: Jun 29, 2019

At the end of 2011, my friend Solomon Tsehaye and I submitted our respective abstracts to a German publishing company. Our articles were accepted, and we began to write our articles. After we finished and sent the pieces, they were translated into German. Our articles along with 38 other pieces from Africa were edited in German by Dr. Moustapha Diallo and published as Visionäre Afrikas: Der Kontinent in ungewöhnlichen Porträts by Peter Hammer Verlag of Wuppertal, Germany, in 2014. Solomon wrote on Masségna Weldedingel (Massé: is the highest of Tigrinya poetry and Masségna is the creator of masse. Tigrinya is one of the nine languages of Eritrea), and I wrote on Abraham Petrovich Hannibal (the maternal great-grandfather of Alexander S. Pushkin).

In 2019, the same book is available for English readers. It is edited by Agnes Ofosua Vandyck and published by Sub-Saharan Publishers of Ghana as African Visionaries. For more information, check the website below. The French translation would be available, next.
